At Zurich-Kloten Airport, Swiss has updated the non-Schengen lounge in Terminal D. The approximately 650 square meter exclusive waiting area is aimed at passengers from business class and frequent flyers from senator status.

The lounge is located in the non-Schengen transit area at the D gates of Zurich Airport. Particularly interesting for passengers: This exclusive waiting area offers a comprehensive view of the mountains and the apron of the airport. With regard to the catering, the main focus is on regional specialties.

The new concept combines design elements of the existing Swiss lounges with new accents and high-quality materials. Light wood accents and subtle slabs of Swiss slate in combination with soft Bordeaux tones welcome visitors to the lounge. A warm ambience that invites you to linger and enjoy. The combination of natural elements and muted colors is in line with the "Swiss Senses" design.

"I am delighted to be able to offer our guests in the non-Schengen area at Zurich Airport a lounge experience with outstanding service quality that fully lives up to our premium standards and caters to the different needs of our customers. The color and material concept offers our guests a new and improved feel-good experience,” says Swiss manager Julia Hillenbrand.

The Swiss Non-Schengen Lounge is open daily from 05:30 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. and offers space for 160 guests. It is open to all Business and First Class, Senator and HON passengers from SWISS and the Lufthansa Group, as well as Star Alliance business passengers.
