Last Thursday, Air Baltic had to cancel a scheduled flight operated on behalf of Swiss from Zurich to Düsseldorf after four landing attempts and return to the starting point.

The Airbus A220-300 was in use with the registration YL-ABJ under the flight number LX1018. This flight was actually supposed to last just over an hour, but four landing attempts in Düsseldorf were unsuccessful due to strong winds. The captain then decided to return to Zurich, where the plane landed safely after almost 3,5 hours.
