The Latvian airline Air Baltic will continue to operate a seasonal base on the Canary Island of Gran Canaria in the 2024/25 winter timetable. You have this in the current season initiated for the first time.
“Due to the success of our seasonal base in Gran Canaria and the resulting high demand, we are pleased to continue operations in Gran Canaria with eight direct routes to the Nordic and Baltic countries in winter 2024/2025. During the winter months, when global passenger demand is traditionally lower, we recognized the opportunity to optimize our capacity to achieve maximum efficiency. Establishing a seasonal base in Gran Canaria allows us to meet the increasing demand for sunny winter destinations. Our presence in Gran Canaria not only improves connectivity, but also offers passengers a wide range of convenient travel options and services, including business class travel,” explains Managing Director Martin Gauss.
