American Airlines and Philippine Airlines start code sharing

The airlines American Airlines and Phillipine Airlines will work together in the future as part of a codeshare agreement. The two carriers want to improve connection options for their passengers. 

Initially, American Airlines will apply the code to flights operated by Philippine Airlines to Cebu, Manila and Tokyo and from Honolulu and Guam to Manila. In return, the code is applied to AA flights from Los Angeles to Washington, Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas, Houston, Denver and Atlanta.
