Cruises: Cunard has taken over “Queen Anne”.

A few days ago, the Cunard shipping company took over a new cruise ship, the “Queen Anne”, which is designed for around 3.000 passengers.

The new ship will be stationed in Southampton and will set sail from there. According to operator information, the maiden voyage is scheduled to take place on May 3, 2024. According to Cunard President Katie Mc Alister, it would be the first time since 1999 that four ships of a series were in use at the same time. The sister ships are named Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth.
