Edelweiss deploys first A350 to Las Vegas

The holiday airline Edelwiess Air will initially use the future Airbus A350 aircraft in the direction of Las Vegas and Vancouver. The first unit is expected to join the fleet from April 2025.

According to current planning, the first of six aircraft will join the Edelweiss fleet at the beginning of April 2025. Before the aircraft is used on long-haul flights, it flies to various short- and medium-haul destinations in the first few weeks.

Las Vegas will be the first long-haul destination that Edelweiss flies to with the Airbus A350. From mid-May 2025, the machine will be used on this route three times a week. With the addition of the second Airbus A350 to the fleet from the beginning of July 2025, the Zurich-Vancouver-Zurich route will be served daily. The third Airbus A2025 will join the Edelweiss fleet at the beginning of October 350. The fourth will join in winter 2025 and aircraft numbers 5 and 6 in the second half of 2026.
