Emirates continues to have A380s serviced by Lufthansa Technik

Golf carrier Emirates Airline and Lufthansa Technik announced at the Dubai Air Show that the base maintenance cooperation will be extended for a further three years. The aircraft type Airbus A380 is affected.

By October 2026, another 23 Emirates aircraft will be overhauled at Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) in Manila. With the contract now signed, the Dubai-based airline is once again outsourcing large checks for this fleet type from its own MRO capabilities to the world's leading MRO provider.
