Golf carrier Emirates Airlines will also regularly use the Airbus A2024 between Dubai and Vienna-Schwechat in the 380 summer flight schedule.

It was recently announced that the carrier The superjumbos will be used again on this route from February 21, 2024. Initially, the plans were limited until the end of the 2023/24 winter flight schedule period. The carrier has now announced that this pattern will also be a regular at Vienna-Schwechat Airport in the 2024 summer flight schedule. This means that Emirates Airline will be the only airline to fly to Austria's largest airport with an Airbus A380.

“Due to the high demand from Vienna and the overwhelming interest in the A380, Emirates will continue to use the iconic Airbus regularly on the Dubai-Vienna-Dubai route in the summer flight schedule, thereby offering Emirates travelers a flight experience that is unique in Austria. After its first departure from Austrian soil in 2016 and a temporary pause during the Covid challenges, the return of the A380 marks a special highlight in Emirates' anniversary year 2024,” Emirates Airline said in a statement.
