Euro Atlantic Airways with a new boss and fresh money

The Portuguese aviation company Euro Atlantic Airways has not only got a new managing director, but the majority owner is said to have provided the carrier with fresh capital.

Stewart Higginson is now at the helm of the company, which specializes in ACMI and charter services. Euro Atlantic Airways is significantly controlled by Nord Partners, which holds the majority through its subsidiary Njord I Jet Aviation. This company is now said to have provided additional financing for a planned expansion.
