Eurowings supposedly has the best smartphone app

Many airlines offer their passengers apps for booking, check-in, boarding passes and other services. According to Focus Money, the one from Eurowings is said to have performed best.

The trade magazine tested and evaluated the mobile applications of numerous providers. Eurowings achieved an average score of 2,53 and was thus named the test winner in the customer friendliness category. It is important to note that such tests are always subjective, as each passenger has different perceptions and feelings. In concrete terms, this means that one person finds something particularly good, while another has absolutely nothing to do with it. Even test results from specialist magazines cannot change that.
