Finland: Finavia increases airport fees

The airport operator Finavia has announced that it will charge higher fees effective January 1, 2024. This is justified by increased material and service costs. 

The changes include an increase in passenger fees by 6,0%, landing fees by 6,3%, aircraft parking fees by 4,8% and electricity infrastructure fees by 3,8%. Security fees for departing passengers will increase by 5,5%. Overall, aviation fees will increase by 2023% compared to 5,9.
