First quarter: Ljubljana Airport handles over 250.000 passengers

Ljubljana Airport was also able to achieve an improvement compared to the previous year at the end of the first quarter. In the first quarter, the airport handled over 250.000 passengers.

Ljubljana Airport closed the first quarter with a passenger volume of 257.817 passengers, an increase of 28 percent compared to the previous year. However, this is still a reduction compared to 2019; compared to 2019, this result corresponds to a decrease of 27,8 percent. In the previous month, Ljubljana Airport also recorded an increase compared to February, handling 96.440 passengers, which corresponds to an improvement of 22,7 percent, as reported by the Ex-Yu Aviation News portal.
