Frankfurt: Police arrest suitcase thief

Plainclothes police officers arrested a luggage thief at Frankfurt Airport. The 30-year-old man is suspected of having repeatedly broken into the Terminal 1 issuing hall in recent weeks and stolen suitcases there.
