Fraport founds a new IT company

The listed airport operator Fraport AG and the IT company Dakosy have founded a joint company under the name “Allivate GmbH”.

The two partners each hold half of the shares. The aim is for the cargo systems to be set up and further developed. They also want to gradually incorporate artificial intelligence, it said.
