In the 2024/25 winter flight schedule, the holiday airline Discover Airlines will have an expanded offer from Munich and Frankfurt am Main. The Bavarian airport will also have long-haul destinations in its portfolio from the beginning of 2025.

On long-haul flights, the well-known sunny destinations are on the flight plan in winter. Travelers can look forward to the addition of Tulum, which joins Punta Cana (5x) and Cancún (3x) in the Caribbean program. Every Thursday and Sunday, Discover Airlines offers the only direct connection there from Europe. The airline also takes off to Orlando (10x) and Tampa Bay (6x) more frequently than last winter. Fort Myers (2x) and Las Vegas (3x) round off the offer to North America. Eastern and southern Africa and the Indian Ocean remain a focus in the airline's route network with seven destinations.

Those who prefer cold and snow can look forward to the daily connection to Calgary, Canada. Last winter, Discover Airlines intensified its collaboration with Air Canada as part of the existing joint venture partnership and has since been flying the Frankfurt – Calgary route all year round.

Pure nature and winter await travelers after a significantly shorter flight time in Alta in Norway (2x) and in Kittilä in Finland (2x). The destinations to the north are an absolute novelty in the holiday airline's winter flight schedule. Due to good demand, Discover Airlines has increased the originally planned weekly connection to Kittilä to two.

Popular sunny destinations on short and medium-haul routes are on the flight schedule in both Frankfurt and Munich. Travelers have plenty of choice from both airports heading to the Canary Islands; Gran Canaria and Tenerife have daily flights from Frankfurt. What is new is that Ibiza will continue to operate a weekly flight from both airports even during the winter. Discover Airlines also offers flights from both Frankfurt and Munich to Palma de Mallorca (14/9), Madeira (4/2), Hurghada (3/2) and Marrakech (4/4). The airline also flies from Frankfurt once a week to Marsa Alam, twice a week to Bari and, for the first time during the winter, twice a week to Heraklion.
