India: Court clears sale of three B777-300ERs to Malta

India's Supreme Court has cleared Jet Airways' sale of three Boeing 777-300ERs to Maltese company Ace Aviation. An appeal lodged by the Jalan Kalrock Consortium has been dismissed.

Jet Airways was supposed to take to the skies again for a few years now. But so far this has not happened. The matter is characterized by numerous legal disputes. In the meantime, the AOC and operating license were also canceled. It is extremely doubtful whether the former Etihad Airways holding will ever rise again.
