The Polish airline Lot also plans to fly between Warsaw-Chopin and Tashkent from March 2024.

The carrier expects to have around 40.000 passengers per year on this route. There were previously negotiations between Lot boss Michal Fijol and Uzbek diplomats. The planned new addition is expected to be important for both business travelers and tourists. In Tashkent it is expected that around 2.000 tourist visitors from Poland will come to Uzbekistan in 2024.
