Lufthansa is extending web check-in time slots

Previously, Lufthansa passengers were only able to check in online 23 hours before departure at the earliest. Now, in many cases, passengers are allowed 30 hours.

For the time being, only flights that are under the sole commercial responsibility of Lufthansa are affected. This means that AUA flights can still be checked in from 47 hours before departure. However, the prerequisite is that Austrian Airlines is the operating carrier.
