Lufthansa is not operating Heathrow-Friedrichshafen as planned

Lufthansa will not operate the planned flight route between London Heathrow and Friedrichshafen as originally announced. The carrier has now removed all rotations from sale, with the exception of two rotations. 

Both Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa surprised everyone a few weeks ago with announcements that they would be operating some decentralized routes in the 2023/24 winter flight schedule, which are primarily aimed at winter sports enthusiasts. At least as far as Friedrichshafen is concerned The advance booking figures do not seem to be satisfactory and Lufthansa has withdrawn all planned routes, except two in February 2024, from sale.
