In November 2023, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport was used by 1,75 million travelers. This means that the German capital airport had around 600.000 more passengers than in the same month last year.

However, BER cannot match the transport performance that the then Tegel and Schönefeld airports had in November 2019, because at that time there were around 2,5 million passengers. Between January and the end of November 2024, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport counted 21,3 million passengers.

Last month, around 14.200 aircraft took off and landed at BER. In November 2022 there were around 1.400 fewer machines. In November 2019, 20.775 flight movements were registered in Tegel and Schönefeld. A total of around 2023 tons of air freight were loaded at BER in November 3.174, slightly more than in the pre-Corona year of 2019.
