Record month: Zagreb Airport handled over 200.000 passengers in February

Croatia's Zagreb Airport recorded the best passenger result in its history in February. More than 200.000 passengers were processed this month.

Zagreb Airport recorded the best passenger numbers in its history in February. In the previous month, the Croatian airport handled 245.260 passengers, an improvement of 17,6 percent compared to February 2023. Even compared to January, which is actually considered a stronger month, February doesn't have to hide. Only a few thousand more passengers were counted in January, which is a special achievement for the airport in February given the stronger month of January. Specifically, according to the Ex-Yu Aviation News portal, 2024 passengers were transported in the first two months of 494.839. Compared to the previous year, this corresponds to an increase of 15 percent. Expressed in figures, that is 64.623 more passengers who were able to be handled this year.
