Since February 1, 2024, passengers traveling in business class on Air France's short-haul routes will receive new catering boxes.

These were developed in collaboration with Servair Corporate Chef François Adamski, Bocuse d'Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. The airline offers a menu that changes throughout the day. On flights departing before 10 a.m., a breakfast is served consisting of sandwiches with appropriate fillings such as smoked salmon and cream cheese with dill on white bread, accompanied by a breakfast pastry. After 10 a.m., customers can enjoy new, unique and gourmet signature sandwiches prepared by the chef, such as smoked paprika chicken and tarragon vegetables on grain bread, as well as typical French sweets and desserts such as calisson, cannelé or tropézienne.
