Tour operator must pay 1,65 million euros in damages to Getjet Airlines

The airline Getjet Airlines has won a court case against the tour operator Novaturas. The tour operator must pay damages of 1,65 million euros plus eight percent interest from 2021.

The Vilnius Regional Court rejected Novaturas' application to declare that the plaintiff “Novaturas” had not fulfilled its obligations under the charter flight contract with GetJet Airlines due to force majeure even after the Covid-19 quarantine was lifted.
