On November 24, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 18 p.m., the tourism schools Modul of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce will be holding an open day at the new WKO Campus Vienna location under the motto #aufinsneuemodul.

“The Modul − founded in 1908 and therefore the oldest tourism school in existence − is one of the most internationally renowned educational centers for tourism,” emphasizes Werner Schnabl, head of the Modul tourism schools. Every year, the school trains 450 young people in two training programs: the 5-year college for tourism with a high school diploma and the 2-year college for tourism with a diploma.

On the open day, teachers and students share everything they need to know about the school and the new school location in personal discussions: the program includes school tours, insights into theoretical and practical lessons, educational advice as well as information about admission and summer practice. The certified additional qualifications of young sommelier, young bartender and cheese connoisseur as well as the optional courses offered as young pastry chef, barista and vegan-vegetarian specialist are also presented.
