Westbahn introduces new senior tariff

The Westbahn railway company has been offering senior fares for a few days now, which everyone who is at least 65 years old can book. A discount of 50 percent is offered. However, this does not apply to journeys within the Eastern Region Transport Association.

“Austrians over the age of 65 in particular expect reliable mobility without any ifs or buts. The Westbahn makes it possible to enjoy all the tried and tested advantages of a special price for seniors without any additional effort,” explains Managing Director Thomas Posch about the special offer.

According to the operator, a seat reservation is also included in the senior fares. The campaign is initially limited until November 5, 2023.
