On Monday, the Aeropers pilots' union terminated the collective employment agreement that was concluded with the Swiss sister company Edelweiss. Negotiations on a new GAV have already begun.

In a statement, the affected airline announced that it accepted “this decision to consciously change the GAV framework”. For some time now there have been collective bargaining disagreements between the representatives of the Edelweiss pilots and the management.
