Aida Cruises ends mandatory testing

For all normal departures of Aida Cruises, the obligation to test is completely eliminated.

For all normal Aida departures of up to 15 days, the obligation to test will no longer apply from January 13, 2023. After that, a test obligation only applies to cruises longer than 15 days. However, the mandatory completion of the health questionnaire from the Aida tickets remains. A spokesman for the shipping company confirmed this to fvw|TravelTalk on the evening of December 26, 2022. The employees of Aida Cruises are said to have received this official information on December 24, 2022. The cruise market leader had previously relaxed the conditions. Since September 17, 2022, proof of vaccination protection against Covid-19 has no longer been provided on many trips.
