Aida Cruises launches vegan restaurants

The Aida shipping company has recently started offering a restaurant specializing in vegan dishes on board its ships Prima, Perla and Nova. In the so-called "Soulkitchen", the focus is on sustainable dishes, which are to be served for breakfast and dinner.

There will also be a show kitchen where passengers can watch the chefs. According to the shipping company, they are reacting to increased demand from passengers. Spreads, fair trade coffee and organic tea will be offered during breakfast. In the evening there are daily changing menus, which should include a variety of vegan dishes.
