The airline reconnects the Austrian capital with Algiers.

From March 29, 2023, the airline Air Algerie will resume the direct connection from Vienna to Algiers. There are flights twice a week, always on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Flight schedule and tariffs are already stored in all GDS.

The fleet of the Algerian airline currently consists of 56 aircraft – but that is set to change in the future. Because according to the online portal Maghreb Post, negotiations with Airbus and Boeing about the purchase of another 15 aircraft have been going on for a few days. The carrier is also one of the few airlines that still operate flights to Russia after the war of aggression against Ukraine.
