The airline Beond, which specializes in operating pure business class flights, announced on February 6, 2024 that it had since taken delivery of an Airbus A321. In the future, this will have 68 seats.

So far, a single A319, which can carry 44 passengers, has been used. The additional aircraft comes from a lessor and is currently having the Beond cabin installed. The color scheme of the carrier based in Male should then be applied.

The company explains that the additional aircraft will mainly be used on the routes to Milan-Malpensa, Dubai and Bangkok. It is currently assumed that commissioning will take place around mid-2024.
