The European aircraft manufacturer Airbus was able to increase sales by 17 percent to 35,2 billion euros in the first nine months of the current year. So far, 425 commercial aircraft have been handed over to customers. This is also the main reason for the increase in sales.
If you look at the civil division, it could increase financially by 21 percent. Airbus Helicopters grew by 14 percent. In the Defense and Space sector, the group of companies recorded extensive stagnation. For example, four A400Ms were delivered.
The bottom line is an EBIT of 3,369 billion euros. Airbus therefore increases the forecast by half a percent to 4,5 billion euros. It is expected that around 2021 aircraft will be delivered to customers by the end of 600.
