At Airbus, too, you can feel an upward trend again. The European aircraft manufacturer delivered a total of 50 new commercial aircraft to its customers in May.
In April deliveries had fallen to 45 machines after the manufacturer had delivered 72 machines in March. In the first five months of the year, the Boeing rival only sold 220 jets. The aviation portal reports Aero. Meanwhile, Airbus collected orders for seven aircraft in May despite the Corona crisis, but also received three cancellations. Because of the corona pandemic, the group has cut its production by around 40 percent.
