The Japanese airline received a total of four prizes at this year's Skytrax World Airline Awards.

Among other things, the airline was again honored for the world's highest level of cabin cleanliness and the world's best airport service. On the Asian level, ANA received two awards in the categories “Best Airline Personnel in Asia” and “Best First Class Lounges in Asia”. In addition, the company was awarded third place in the “Airline of the Year” category for the second time in a row.

Every ANA employee strives to improve their personal performance on a daily basis and to offer passengers the best possible travel experience. Skytrax's recognition confirms that we meet our high standards of excellence, ”said Junko Yazawa, ANA senior vice president responsible for Customer Experience Management & Planning. "We will not rest on these awards, however, but rather use them as an incentive to further improve every aspect of the passenger experience."
