ASL Aviation Holding launched a new subsidiary due to Brexit. This will initially be equipped with an ATR 72-200F and should enable the group to operate cargo flights from the United Kingdom.

According to CH-Aviation.com, the application for the issuance of the certificates was made in summer 2020. The EI-SOA was re-registered and is now registered as G-OASL. However, ASL did not answer whether the AOC and operating license had already been granted or not. The new offshoot is called ASL Airlines UK.
