In the coming summer, some connections that are currently available as Austrian Holidays charter flights will be added to the scheduled route network.

The holiday destinations of Antalya, Catania, Ibiza, Keflavík and Mykonos, which were included in the domestic airline's charter program this year, can now be booked as regular Austrian flights for the 2022 summer season - Palma de Mallorca will even start in the 2021/22 winter season. Flights to Málaga and partly to Naples have already been adapted to scheduled flights.

According to the carrier, the changeover will enable closer integration with the rest of the Austrian route network. As on all Austrian continental flights under three hours, Economy Class customers will in future also be offered the products of the recently launched Austrian Melangerie on these routes.

As of the end of October, Austrian will once again be flying several times a week to popular hot water destinations such as Mauritius or the Maldives as part of the 2021/22 winter flight schedule. Cancun on the Mexican Caribbean coast will be added as a new destination from October 24th.
