Avia Solutions Group takes over Australian Skytrans

In the future, the Avia Solutions Group will also have flight operations on the Australian continent, as it has announced the takeover of the aviation company Skytrans.

Subject to regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close as early as March 2024. The group of companies hopes that the acquisition will provide improved access to the Australian market. Skytrans specializes in cargo and passenger flights, which are mostly operated on behalf of other carriers.
