The Boeing 737 Max 10 was actually supposed to be delivered for the first time last year. However, it will not be possible to hand over the sample to the first customer before 2023. The Max 7 is also due to be delivered later, but in the course of 2021.
The largest variant of the Max series will not go into commercial use until 2023. The US manufacturer announced this. Also the First delivery of the 777X was postponed by three years.
“We now expect the first 737 MAX 10 and 777X deliveries to be in 2023. This timeline reflects a number of factors, including an updated assessment of global certification requirements, underpinned by continued discussions with regulators and management's decision to make changes to the aircraft's design, ”Boeing said in a media statement.
The deliveries of the Max 7 are also to be postponed, but for the time being only in the course of 2021. Obviously, the backlog of the Max 8 and Max 9 models will be dealt with beforehand.
