Capa Award: Wizz Air supposedly “most environmentally friendly airline”

In aviation, there is an award for pretty much everything and everyone. Wizz Air has received the Capa Award for the second time in a row as the “most environmentally friendly airline of the year”. 

The CAPA Environmental Sustainability Awards for Excellence recognize airlines, airports and suppliers that put climate change at the forefront of their business. The awards are examined by independent carbon reduction analysts. CAPA, part of the Aviation Week Network, is considered one of the world's leading information services for the aviation and travel industries.
