Charter: Edelweiss launches Zurich-Akureyri

The Swiss holiday airline Edelweiss Air is launching charter flights between Zurich and Akureyri (Iceland) in the 2023/24 winter timetable. These will be offered from Zurich-Kloten for a few weeks from February 4, 2024.

It is currently planned that this route, which will be operated on behalf of the tour operator Kontiki, will be in the flight schedule once a week until March 10, 2024. The planned machine type is the Airbus A320 medium-haul jet.
