Dreamliner: Saab and Boeing expand collaboration

The Swedish Saab Group and Boeing have signed a contract to produce doors for the B787 series. An agreement that had existed since 2004 was expanded.

So far, the Swedes have delivered around 1.100 components to Boeing for the 787 program. The new agreement includes, among other things, cargo doors, bulk cargo doors and general access doors for the 787 series.
