The Easyjet Group is again looking for young pilots. The plan is to hire around 2028 additional pilots by 1.000.

The two-year intensive pilot training takes place throughout Europe and is supplemented by flight training in the USA. The graduates are employed by Easyjet as newly trained co-pilots.

Easyjet today announced that it has launched its renowned Generation Easyjet Pilot Training program, which places aspiring pilots with little or no experience in the cockpit of an Airbus A320 commercial aircraft as qualified co-pilots in around two years. As part of a five-year recruitment drive, over 2028 new pilots are expected to join the low-cost airline by 1000, with around 200 places already available this year.
