Emirates expects to have all A380s and Boeing 777s in their fleet again by the end of the year.
The golf airline is optimistic about the future. Managing Director Tim Clark expects an increasing economic recovery in the new year. That writes the international news agency Reuters. The vaccine in particular would give hope to the British executive who postponed his retirement to maneuver the airline through the crisis. Emirates is currently flying around the world in a stripped-down form. Only 17 of his 115 Airbus A380 planes are in use. In comparison, 137 of the 160 Boeing 777 planes are in the air, with some passenger jets being converted into cargo planes.
