The Upper Austrian aviation supplier FACC AG bundles existing goodies that are offered to employees under the name "Life Program". Within the newly defined core areas of family, social affairs, health, sustainability and career, this offer will be further expanded in a targeted manner in the future.
FACC AG offers employees the following packages.
Family life: The FACC Kids Club offers all-day childcare for all employees – even during the school holidays. In addition, every employee receives an additional day off on their birthday. The modern and very individual working time models are also part of the numerous measures – there are currently around 300 different models in the company. FACC supports families in organizing their everyday life as flexibly as possible.
Social life: With numerous employee events throughout the year, FACC offers a platform for mutual exchange. In addition to annual highlights such as the Christmas party or the summer party, this also includes discussion forums such as the Flight Club, in which top-class speakers talk about current topics at regular intervals. Internationals are also offered their own formats for networking.
Vital Life: With a wide range of sports, ranging from yoga courses to supported participation in running competitions, special attention is also paid to the area of health. If a doctor is needed, the company medical team and company psychologists are available to all employees for personal advice. Free vaccinations (e.g. TBE, flu, ...) are also part of the offer.
GreenLife: Sustainability and in particular sustainable mobility have been the focus of FACC for years. With the possibility of leasing a job bike at favorable conditions or getting an e-car for the daily commute to work, FACC is setting completely new trends here.
Career life: Career needs planning. With the creation of a transparent and structured career path (management, expert or project career) every employee has the perspective for personal development. The FACC Academy is also available to the entire workforce, offering tailor-made opportunities for training and further education - including a scholarship at a university of applied sciences.
