Fischer Air s.r.o. only has 5.000 euros in share capital

In the 2024 summer flight schedule, Fischer Air intends to operate from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, among others. In Slovakia it was operated under the name Fischer Air s.r.o. founded a company.

Attempts have been made to get Fischer Air back in the air for several years now. Apart from the name and the same company founder, they have nothing to do with the former aviation company. According to its own information, the flight operation will have its home base in Slovakia. For this purpose, in May 2023 under the name Fischer Air s.r.o. a limited liability company established under Slovak law.

According to the company register extract, so far only the minimum share capital required for the company has been paid in. In the Slovak Republic this is 5.000 euros. The Civil Aviation Authority did not comment when asked whether there was an application for AOC and operating license. As reported The Czech Trade Inspectorate warns against bookings on the Fischer Air homepage. There are also said to be no agreements with the Budweis and Pardubice airports. According to the two airports, the talks were broken off without results.
