A court hearing against two former managing directors of Adria Airways was actually supposed to begin on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. The trial was postponed indefinitely due to a strike in the Slovenian judiciary.

According to Ex-Yu-Aviation, the last two managing directors of Adria Airways are being sued for 78 million euros in damages. The procedure was initiated by the insolvency administrator Janez Pustatičnik because, when processing the accounting, he came to the conclusion that Adria Airways was insolvent much earlier than was known. The date for the start of the new trial has not yet been set.
