Nepalese carrier Guna Airlines is banned from planning and operating future flights: the airline failed the financial audit by the Nepalese civil aviation authority CAAN. Thus, Guna Airlines is not allowed to operate flights under its own name.

The authority also announced the airline's flight ban in mid-February. The airline was not allowed to plan or operate any flights because the result of the financial audit was negative. One problem that CAAN reveals is the lack of remuneration for employees over a certain period of time. The airline is said to have not paid its own employees for three months. The agency also revealed Guna Airlines debt to CAAN: the airline owes the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal around 30 euros.
