In Kotor, a coastal city of Montenegro, the first opening phase of the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort has begun. This is the chain's first property in the state.

Surrounded by the majestic cliffs of the Adriatic Sea, the modern hotel is also located right on the outskirts of Kotor, one of the country's most charming cities, known for its well-preserved old town. It effortlessly combines city amenities with breathtaking views of the Montenegrin coast. With the recent addition to the Hyatt Regency portfolio, Hyatt underscores its commitment to delivering travel experiences in the places that matter most to guests and World of Hyatt members, continuing its conscious growth.

"The Balkans region is critical to the rapid growth of the hospitality industry, and our Hyatt Regency brand is strategically positioned to gain a foothold in these emerging markets," said Takuya Aoyama, Hyatt's vice president of development. "We are honored to work with Krolbay doo Podgorica to bring our resort experience to one of Europe's fastest developing travel destinations."
