Karl Markgraf becomes the new CEO of the FTI Group

With effect from July 1, 2023, the FTI Group will have a new managing director in Karl Markgraf. The manager has so far held the position of CIO, which he will retain in parallel with his new role as CEO.

His predecessor, Ralph Schiller, is moving to the supervisory board and will act as deputy chairman in the future. Majority owner Naguib S. Sawiris explains: “As a global, data-driven company, digital transformation is crucial to the success of our group. With his extensive experience in the areas of IT and digitization, Karl Markgraf is the ideal person to lead our company into the future and to ensure that the change initiatives that have already been launched take effect.
