Up to 300 employees are now feeling this. LOT claims to have to delete so many positions. This is necessary in order to adapt to the new reality in the corona pandemic, reports the aviation magazine airliners. The employee representatives have already agreed. In the first six months of the year 150 employees would have to believe in it, and another 150 older workers should leave in the course of the next two years. Like other airlines, LOT was hit hard by the corona pandemic. The company recently announced it expected two million passengers this year. In 2019, more than 10 million passengers were carried.
