Munich: The high ropes course is back

Since August 7, 2023, the Munich Airport Center, which is located between the two terminals, has again had a high ropes course that was specially designed for the airport. This can still be used by interested parties until August 30, 2023. 

Experienced trainers are on hand to provide instruction and the necessary safety equipment for the 15 meter high and 23 meter wide climbing tower. For adults aged 15 and over, a two-hour climbing unit costs nine euros. Children up to the age of 14 pay seven euros.  

Climbing slots can be over www.munich-airport.de/hoehenflug get booked. Starting places can also be booked and paid for on site, depending on availability. From Monday to Thursday, visitors can climb in the high ropes course from 11:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. The climbing tower is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 13:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. After the exciting "flight" there are loungers to relax and cool drinks in the "Surf and Turf Bar". With a climbing ticket you get a euro discount on the drinks. The Surf and Turf Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 20:00 PM and Friday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 21:00 PM. 

Participants must be at least 125 centimeters tall. Children under 140 centimeters may only climb when accompanied by an adult. Sturdy shoes and athletic clothing are recommended.
